Abstracts for the 12th Annual Meeting can be submitted until October 31, 2019. Please use the Word template to submit your abstract (filename: SurnameForename.docx). The abstract must not exceed one page and may be written in German, French or English.
Exceptions are applications for the Young Investigator Award (YIA), where the abstract is limited to 1500 words (more than one page allowed) and can only be written in English.
Oral presentation time is 10 minutes plus 5 minutes of discussion. Oral presentation format is PowerPoint (16:9) and must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room as early as possible. The use of your own laptop or USB is not permitted.
Mini-Oral presentation time is 3 minutes plus 2 minutes discussion. A Mini-Oral presentation contains maximal 4 slides in PowerPoint (16:9) format. The presentation must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room as early as possible. The use of your own laptop or USB is not permitted.
A symposium lasts 60 minutes and consists of a short introduction plus three individual presentations (15 min presentation plus discussion). Please submit a synopsis abstract and three individual abstracts for a symposium. Each abstract may fill a maximum of 1 page in the Word template (incl. literature). The synopsis abstract explains the idea and background of the symposium and briefly presents the individual contributions. The individual abstracts summarize the content of the respective presentation.

Registration for the Congress
Please note that you can also register as a participant at Conftool. The registration for the congress must be made by 24.01.2020 at the latest. All persons who wish to register after this date should contact the organising committee. The conference fee must be paid in cash when registering after 24.01.2020!
